Factory 收购 HumanLayer，并将开源其平台

Factory 宣布收购 HumanLayer，联合创始人 Dex Horthy 和 Kyle Mistele 加入，共同构建面向企业和开发者的自主进化软件。HumanLayer 团队自 2025 年初深度使用编码 Agent，曾提出 Agent swarms 和 Research/Plan/Implement 框架。
